Payment/Renewal of Services The User agrees to be responsible for the payment for all services and products provided by the Company. Credit card purchases are subject to the terms and conditions set out by the credit card company. Accounts paid for by credit card will be automatically renewed at the end of the agreed term at the current rate for the same term as before. Failure to remit a payment (either by check or credit card) could result in the interruption of service. In order to terminate an account paid for by credit card, the User must notify the company via Email at least 7 days prior to the renewal date. Failure to do so will result in the account being charged for the following month of service at the rate set forth by the previous term. Right of refusal The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone at any time without reason. In particular the Company does not knowingly accept to transmit 'adult' or pornographic material. By joining our service, the User agrees to the terms set forth above. The User also agrees that any other person they have authorized to use this account has been provided this information and is bound by this agreement as well. Use of account services by the User or one of their authorized representatives constitutes acceptance of this agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy. If paying by credit card, the User also agrees to the purchase terms set forth by their credit card company.
