It seems Google PageRank is moving once again…

Aug 8th/2008 Looks like toolbar PageRank is updating again. I’m also seeing some new PageRank
on a few new sites of mine that didn’t previously have PageRank.

Anyone else seeing any changes?

It seems Google has been updating more often now which is nice to see.

Have you ever wondered how some sites get a double listing in Google’s search results? You know, when they have a listing and then an indented second listing right below it.

Well, I just watched a video from our friends over at StomperNet.com that shows you exactly how to get that kind of listing and it’s a lot easier to do than you might think.

But here’s the best part… Having a double listing can increase your visitor rate by a factor of 2 or 3 times over just having a single listing in the results.

I think there are two reasons for that. One is that the indented listing is an eye catcher and two, double listings are sometimes given higher importance by Google and thus get listed higher in the search results than if they only had one.

This means that visitors can watch and read the news without ever leaving your blog. They’ll view your blog as the place to get current news and keep coming back for more.
